6G The Use of Interactive Services : Customer care
- Winners' names should, as best practice, be published on a relevant website and, at the very least, be available to anyone who requests them, for 3 months from the competition closing date.
- Adequate provision must be made to deal with enquiries from participants regarding the sending, delivery, receipt, processing and treatment of any entry, vote, or other use they make of any interactive service, including PRS.
- The broadcaster's viewer enquiries department should be notified of the details of all promotion of any PRS and should be given sufficient information to enable it to respond effectively to viewer enquiries regarding the service.
